Customer Policy
A note from Moo G Clips:
While we take great care in the assembly of our products, some of our clips may contain small pieces. Please supervise small children while using our products. Moo G also suggests taking off any clips before nap time and bed time. Moo G Clips are not waterproof and should be handled gently.
Payment Methods:
Moo G Clips currently accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Sales Tax:
No Sales tax will be charged on orders outside of the state of Washington. All orders within the state of Washington will be charged a 9.5% sales tax on merchandise.
Gifts / Packaging:
Each Moo G Clip is packaged in its' own individual clear bag with hang tab and Moo G label. It's all ready for gift giving and Moo G would be happy to send the gift for you at no extra charge, which includes a handwritten note with your personal message on a gift card.
Shipping
Moo G Clips ships merchandise within the United States via USPS Priority Mail (delivery takes approximately 2-3 days from time shipment is sent) and charges $5 for shipping and handling. An additional $1.50 will be added as requested for insurance. Large wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground and are $10 for shipping and handling. Moo G Clips now ships Internationally! The shipping and handling fee for International orders is $5 and Moo G Clips uses USPS First-Class Mail (delivery takes approximately 10-20 days from time shipment is sent).
Return Policy
Moo G accepts returns and exchanges up to 30 days from when the items were shipped to you. To return or exchange an item please email us at info@moogclips.com for our address, then send the merchandise back to us in its' original packaging with a brief explanation as to the reason of the return/exchange (along with your name, telephone number, email address, and mailing address)
Once Moo G receives your returned merchandise we will contact you regarding crediting your account or exchanging the item(s). Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and the customer must pay shipping to return items to Moo G. If the return is due to our error, no additional shipping charges are due once we receive the merchandise.
